Do you appraise jewelry?
No, we don’t do appraisals.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes!
I just got my ring and it doesn’t fit. What should I do? If you purchased this ring from my website, or it is a custom ring that you worked with me personally on, you can always send the ring back for an adjustment free of charge. I do have ring sizers that I can send to you for you to check your size in advance.
I’m interested in having a ring made. Where do I start?

Can you use heirloom stones in your work?
Yes I can.
I have diamonds/gemstones and/or metal that I want remade into something. Can you do that? Yes! I work with heirloom stones all the time to recreate something original that you will love! I like to see what you would like me to work with first, so please send photos. I will give you the scrap value of any metals you have towards the design.
I have a family diamond I’d like to use in a ring. Do you work with client stones?
Yes!
I lost an earring! Can you make another one?
I can try my best to replicate an earring to match.
Can I add engraving to my piece?
Yes! Explore our engraving section on our Gallery Page. $50 minimum to start.
How do I find out my partner’s or my own ring size?
We can ship you a free ring sizing set to determine the correct size, just let us know when placing your order. If you are local, you may come in to get sized. Otherwise any local jewelry store should offer free sizing.
To determine your partner’s size without them knowing, we suggest enlisting the help of trusted friends or family. You can also determine size based off a ring that they already have and wear - just make sure it’s the correct finger!
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
We will repair any defects free of charge within a year of purchase. You are responsible for shipping the piece back to us. After we receive the piece, we will inspect it and complete any necessary repairs and send the piece back to you. This limited warranty does not cover lost jewelry. There is always and option to get a mold of your custom piece when ordering, in case it is ever lost, it can be replicated.
How can I insure my purchase?
Our recommendation is to contact the provider of your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance to see if your jewelry can be added to your policy coverage. For higher value pieces, we suggest contacting Jeweler’s Mutual for a policy specific to your jewelry collection.
Why does my jewelry look a little different than the piece in the photo?
Due to each piece being made to order, they may not appear exactly as shown. Your satisfaction is our main priority. Each one will be unique in its own subtle way.
Can I customize something from your site?
Yes! If you reach out to me before you purchase the piece to let me know what you would like. I can let you know if it is possible.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes I do accept payment plans. You can let me know how you would like to break up your payments for them to make sense for you. Payments plans are non refundable.
What payments do you accept for custom pieces?

Jewelry Care
How do I clean my jewelry?
Gently soak it in a solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap, then use a soft-bristled brush to scrub away dirt and grime. Thoroughly rinse and dry with soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasives on fine jewelry.
Shipping & Timelines
If you need your jewelry for a specific occasion, please let me know so I can do my best to fulfill your order within that amount of time. Please keep in mind that once I have shipped the item to you, I am no longer responsible for the amount of time it takes to arrive to you. If there is an issue with the carrier, I will do my best to resolve the issue.
I’m in a rush. How fast can I get my jewelry?
Most of the jewelry on my site is made to order. Some items are in stock and ship within a few days. If you have a timeline you’re under, please let me know before purchasing. I’ll let you know if it’s possible.
How long until I receive my order?
This is dependent on the type of piece you’ve ordered. In Stock Items ship within 2-3 days. For made to order pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for completion. Any requested modifications are subject to longer timelines. For Platinum orders, please allow an additional week for processing.
It’s important to keep in mind that due to the collaborative nature of these pieces, we need your approval during the process to move forward, so delivery times are dependent on timely feedback from you. In some circumstances, we are able to accommodate shorter time frames upon request. Please ask, we'll do our best to make it happen!
How will my order be shipped?
We ship mostly via USPS and UPS, occasionally using Fedex. Please contact us if you have a preference. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to watch the progress of your delivery.
How long does shipping take?
For domestic US clients, you can expect 2-3 days in transit to most addresses. For international clients, we ship with FedEx International Priority. While the travel time for this service is typically 2-4 business days, it’s worth noting that customs may delay packages by a few days or in some cases, weeks. While we work with a trusted broker to ship packages, we have no control over customs delays or import duties. If there are any taxes or duties upon import, those are the responsibility of the client to pay.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, we are required to collect sales tax for purchases shipping within Illinois.
