From start to finish, I had such a pleasant experience with Waylon Rhoads, as if I were chatting with an old friend. I saw his previous work and inquired about the possibility of creating a custom ring with very specific details (a particular model of chess pieces). When he sent me sketches of a potential design, I knew I could trust him to create something wonderful. The turnaround was much faster than I anticipated, but that didn't detract from the quality of his work. I was amazed with each update he provided. Mr. Rhoads' craftsmanship is amazing and I felt he perfectly captured what I was trying to create in my mind. The recipient knew exactly which model of chess pieces were represented because of Waylon's great attention to the details of the knight (and on a tiny ring!). He is truly talented at his craft. Waylon recently helped me design an engagement ring for a truly amazing woman. She not only has a different type of style she loves unique peices. I knew I had to call Waylon to design and create this piece. It was a little back and forth with the design process and all I can say is wow. He really delivered. She loved the ring and so do many others.

My partner and I don't wear jewelry but when looking for ring ideas I fell in love with Waylons landscape rings. Not only are his designs beautiful but he is also such wonderful person! Very informative, I knew nothing about jewelry and Waylon went through everything with me. We were so impressed with how easy it was that my partner decided to get a matching ring with me! The whole process took barely a week, he shows pictures of each stage of him making the rings. All our friends and family love them as well and it's pretty cool to show them photos of them first coming out of cast! Will definitely be going back for more in the future. Thanks again Waylon! Waylon sized a ring for my fiance when no one else would! The ring had a special diamond layout that no one wanted to risk messing with and Waylon got the job done with perfection. Not to mention his price was amazing and affordable. He has a nice office and great customer service. My fiance and I were really happy with him and the service that was provided. I will be back with more of my jewelry and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Just had a ring resized by Waylon. Since it had to go up FIVE sizes he suggested to actually cast a new section of the ring. When it was done it was fabulous and the most comfortable, perfectly sized jewelry I have ever worn. I do appreciate his passion for what he does. He puts a lot of love into his work and that makes a huge difference, just like when creating a great meal--love for what you are doing is what makes the result exceptional. Will definitely work with him again. Check out his gorgeous designs. His maturity and creativity is a blessing for the Bend community.
Waylon did incredible work to transform my ring into exactly what I had been hoping for. He has an incredible talent for intricate engraving and vision. He took on my project with enthusiasm and was able to work for a reasonable price. I felt very lucky to have him here in my backyard in Bend. I highly recommend him for your unique vision or for giving your special jewelry a facelift. I'm fairly certain he can do just about anything.
My husband and Waylon worked together to create the most beautiful and 1 of a kind wedding ring for me! They had my engagement ring and my grandmother's wedding ring combined to create a unique wedding ring with influences of our love for water and waves. Waylon I am SO happy with my wedding ring!
Waylon did a fantastic job making my husband's and my wedding rings. We had seen some of his work through pinterest before, and knew we liked his style. So we contacted him through his online form, and after the first conversation with him we knew he'd do a great job. He listened to our ideas and provided feedback, and in the end designed us two beautiful rings that we will cherish forever!
Our rings feature the beautiful Central Oregon mountain landscape, along with some smaller details that make central Oregon meaningful to us. Waylon was extremely accommodating in adding all the details we wanted. In addition, he was very patient about resizing my ring for me until we found the perfect fit. I feel relieved to know that I will have someone to help me take care of my ring for me!

Waylon! Where to start? I very luckily stumbled upon his work when he was still in Bend,Oregon. He works with you to make your jewelry completely personal. For mine, he included Broken Top Mountain in Bend,Oregon and the Three Sisters. It was where I proposed to my fiancé so it has a lot of meaning. From the very start of the process he called and asked for any details I could think of that I wanted included. He keeps you updated throughout the process, messaging me telling me that he was working on the wax cast all day and would have pictures to me that night, and he did. He sent me about 8 pictures of the wax cast. The final product blew my mind. Pictures do not do his work justice. The time and detail he puts into his work is unparalleled. On top of that, and what sets him apart from everyone else, is his customer service. He wants nothing more than to make his customers happy. I really can't recommend him enough. He is the BEST. Thank you Waylon!
Waylon went above and beyond for every step of the process with the custom ring he made for my family. He was very genuine and very detailed in his approach to making it exactly how we envisioned the end result. I couldn't have asked for someone easier to work/talk with on something that was so important to me. The line of communication during this process was always open and while he would give his professional opinion, he would never let that get in the way of the customers ultimate idea, he was amazing at incorporating the. customers vision! Would highly reccomend to anyone his services.
